From the subscription to the collected payment.

ISPOS is the operating record for a cable or broadband network: who is connected, what they subscribed to, what was billed, and what was collected.

01

Customers, branches, and areas

Every subscriber sits under a branch and an area. The record holds the name, mobile, STB or connection, locality, and any opening due. Import the list you already maintain, or add people one at a time. Archived customers leave the active list without deleting their history.

02

Channels, packages, and internet plans

Packages are bundles of channels. A subscription can take those packages and add extra channels that are not in the bundle. Internet plans stay in their own catalog, so a household can be cable only, broadband only, or both. When you modify a subscription, the screen separates packages from extra channels so staff do not pick the wrong one.

03

Monthly billing

Generate bills for the branch and month. Each customer has one issued bill for that month. If the subscription changes, regenerate that same bill instead of creating a second one. Previous due can be carried on the bill, and payments reduce the running balance.

04

Collection, receipts, and advances

The collection list shows who still has a balance. Staff record the amount, mode, and reference, and the ledger stores a receipt. If the customer pays more than the pending amount, the extra stays as an advance and comes off the next bill. Collection agents see the branches they are assigned.

05

Offline field work

After sign-in, the phone keeps the customer and collection lists needed for the round. Payments taken without a signal are stored on the device and sync when the network is back. The office still sees one ledger once those receipts arrive.

06

Statements and analytics

Transactions list bills, payments, previous dues, and adjustments. Filter by branch, dates, type, or one customer, then download a spreadsheet. A single customer statement reads oldest first, with the balance after each line. Analytics shows billed against collected, the mix of services, and ageing when one branch is selected.

07

Roles

Operator admins run the network. Managers and billing staff handle customers, packages, and bills. Collection agents collect. Read-only users can review reports. Each person signs in to the work their role allows, so the field app is not the same screen as the billing desk.
