For cable TV and broadband operators

Run billing and collection from one customer ledger.

ISPOS keeps subscribers, packages, monthly bills, field receipts, and account statements together, including when collection happens away from the office.

The month should not live in three different books.

One customer record

Name, mobile, STB, locality, connection, and the due they already owe. The office and the field look at the same person.

One monthly bill

Packages, extra channels, and internet plans become the month’s charge. Regenerate the current bill when a subscription changes.

One collection list

Staff see who still owes, record the receipt, and keep any extra as an advance against the next bill.

How a billing month runs

The same path works for a single-town cable network and for an operator with several branches. See it for cable, broadband, and multi-branch setups.

  1. 1

    Add or import customers

Bring the network in with branch, area, and opening due.

  2. 2

    Set the subscription

Choose packages and any extra channels or an internet plan.

  3. 3

    Generate the bill

The month’s charge and previous due land on one bill.

  4. 4

    Collect in the field

Record the payment. Extra cash stays as advance.

  5. 5

    Close the books

Check billed against collected, then download the statement.

Who is ISPOS for?

Cable television operators, broadband providers, and multi-branch networks that bill customers every month and collect in the field. It is built for the operator’s office and for the staff who visit homes.

Can one operator run more than one branch?

Yes. Branches and areas stay separate. Collection agents and technicians can be limited to the branches they are assigned, while the operator admin sees the whole network.

Does it handle cable packages and internet plans together?

Yes. Channels are grouped into packages, and a subscription can add extra channels on top. Internet plans live in their own catalog. A customer can carry cable, broadband, or both.

How do previous dues and payments stay in one place?

Each customer has a running ledger. Bills and previous dues are debits. Payments and advances are credits. The statement shows the balance after every entry, for one customer or for the whole selection.
